I earned my Law Degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1978. I served in the US Army after law school as a Captain prosecuting cases in Germany. Afterwards, I was transferred to Washington DC. and worked with a Federal Military Court handling appeals from Soldiers convicted of crimes while in the Armed Services.
In l986 I took the Illlinois Bar exam and moved here with my family to Villa Park, Illinois. I started practicing law doing Collections, Divorce, Real Estate, Adoptions, Criminal Law Defense and Personal Injury work. Since I loved Adoptions and Real Estate work I concentrarate on those specialties.
Before attending Law school, I taught school for 4 years and was a social worker for two years. I really enjoy meeting people and talking about finding solutions to their problems.
I work with clients to achieve the most successful outcome of their case. If I can ’t help you, I can usually refer to you a Bankruptcy, Divorce, Collection, Worker's Compensation attorney who is a good attorney that I know and trust. There are many bad attorneys out there who either don’t know what they are doing or charge outrageous fees for little work.
You will always know what I charge upfront and I promise no later surprises. Cost of my legal work is a Flat Fee Charge.
